2. Application of the terms of sale
Customers purchasing from MFZ Racing Europe S.L. accept these terms and conditions of sale in full.
Our services and promotions and the ability to make purchases are available to individuals who are of legal age and have sufficient legal capacity to enter into contracts.
The information supplied by customers when registering must be accurate and complete. (MFZ Racing Europe S.L.) reserves the right to reject or deregister customers who do not meet these requirements.
3. Products and/or services
MFZ Racing Europe S.L. endeavours to display and describe its products as accurately as possible.
On occasion, the packaging of the item received may differ from that shown on the product page. As different production batches may have different packaging, MFZ Racing Europe S.L. does not undertake to supply the exact packaging pictured.
Minor differences in colour and other characteristics may arise due to image digitisation, display technology or other technical reasons. MFZ Racing Europe S.L. accepts no responsibility for such differences.
Where an error or omission in the presentation is not attributable to the responsibility and/or intention of MFZ Racing Europe S.L., the company may reject any claim.
MFZ Racing Europe S.L. reserves the right to determine at any time which products and services it offers through the website. It also reserves the right to withdraw access to any products and/or services displayed on the website at any time without prior notice.
4. Prices
All prices for products offered in the online store of MFZ Racing Europe S.L. are stated in euros and include VAT and other applicable taxes (WEEE). Prices apply only to the online store and may differ from prices in physical stores.
Product prices may change at any time without prior notice to the customer (supplier price changes, special offers or otherwise). In the event of a serious pricing error (such as an error in the price database), the customer will be informed and offered the option to proceed with or cancel the order.
If an error affects any displayed price, stock level or product and a user makes a purchase based on that error, MFZ Racing Europe S.L. will inform the customer of the situation and, if no agreement is reached, reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

7. Pre-orders
Where reservations are available at MFZ Racing Europe S.L., you may reserve products that are not yet available. You must purchase the item through the usual checkout procedure and take note of its availability date.
The order will be shipped only when the reserved product is available. If the order contains both in-stock and reserved items, it will be shipped only when all items are available.
A product that can be reserved will be identified by a message on its product page indicating that option.
The return period for an order containing reserved items begins on the date the order is received.

9. Warranty
Durable goods have a three-year warranty from the date of delivery for products purchased from 2022 onwards. Products purchased before 2022 remain subject to a two-year warranty.
The warranty does not cover faults caused by negligence, impacts, misuse or improper handling, unsuitable electrical voltage, incorrect installation not carried out by an authorised technical service where required, or materials subject to normal wear and tear.
Where a warranty claim is justified, the appropriate remedy will be repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund, in accordance with applicable law.
10. Returns and right of withdrawal
Under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, customers have 14 calendar days to exercise their right to withdraw from a purchase made via www.mfzracing.eu. The period runs from receipt of the purchased product, or from conclusion of the contract in the case of services, except where the product has been handled or damaged and is not returned in the required condition.
MFZ Racing Europe S.L. will refund the order using the same payment method used for the purchase, within no more than 14 calendar days, provided that the product is in perfect condition and includes all components, accessories, manuals and original packaging.
The refund will include the purchase price and any standard delivery costs paid by the customer during checkout. However, if the customer chose a delivery method other than the standard delivery option, MFZ Racing Europe S.L. will not reimburse the additional costs.
The customer must bear the cost of returning the product in accordance with Article 108 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary legislation.
The refund will be made within 14 calendar days of the date on which we are informed of the customer’s decision to withdraw from the contract. We may withhold the refund until the goods have been received.
The customer must return the product within 14 days of delivery, in perfect condition, with all components, accessories, manuals and original packaging.
The customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the returned product resulting from damage or handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature or agreed use.
All goods must be returned in their original packaging and condition, undamaged and suitably protected. Stickers, seals or adhesive tape must not be placed directly on the product or its packaging. Otherwise, MFZ Racing Europe S.L. reserves the right to reject the return.
Returns of products supplied with a gift or promotion require return of the complete bundle (full pack or item plus gift) before a refund can be issued. For products with game download codes, the game must not have been downloaded to qualify for a full refund. If it has been downloaded, the game’s value will be deducted from the refund.
Unsealed products that can be immediately reproduced or copied cannot be returned under any circumstances, nor can products intended for personal hygiene or which, by their nature, cannot be returned.

11. Liability
MFZ Racing Europe S.L. undertakes to hand over orders to the selected transport company as soon as possible. However, MFZ Racing Europe S.L. accepts no responsibility for damage arising from transport problems, including industrial action, traffic congestion and other common industry circumstances causing delays, losses or theft. Nor is it responsible for technical failures that may prevent the internet service from functioning normally, or for website unavailability due to maintenance or other reasons preventing access.
MFZ Racing Europe S.L. will use all available means to provide the processes for selecting, paying for and shipping the desired product. MFZ Racing Europe S.L. disclaims liability for third-party causes, unforeseen events and force majeure.
