Product & Vehicle Fitment
MFZ parts are primarily made from aerospace-grade 6061 / 7075 Aluminum Alloy CNC-machined forged aluminum, with selected titanium and carbon-fiber components for lightweight, race-ready strength.
Anodizing is an electrochemical process that creates a dense oxide layer on aluminum, improving corrosion, wear, and oxidation resistance while providing durable matte finishes and a range of colors with excellent fade resistance.
Surface finishes are designed to last under normal riding conditions. Clean with a soft cloth and pH-neutral cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals and direct high-pressure water jets, and dry after rain.

Most parts are direct replacements and can be installed by the owner using the included instructions. For safety-critical components such as brakes and suspension,Professional installation and tightening to specified torque are recommended.. Installation manuals and torque specifications are available under Downloads on the product detail page.
Depending on the product, installation may use direct OEM bolt-on mounting, dedicated adapter brackets, or clamp-on fittings. Details and required accessories are listed on each product page.
Certifications, Compliance & Documents
Product certification means a component has passed relevant regulatory and safety tests and is approved for public-road use. Requirements vary by product type and local regulations.
These are compliance certifications for different markets:TÜV / ABE Common in Germany and the EU,E-mark for EU-wide road approval. Products with the relevant certification are clearly identified on their product pages.
Certification numbers are usually laser-engraved on the product or included documents. They can also be found on product pages and in manuals.
At the bottom of each product page, under “Download Resources” section offers installation manuals, technical datasheets, and 3D assembly diagrams (where available) as downloadable PDFs.
Orders, Shipping, Returns & Warranty
Registering an account makes it easier to track orders, shipments, and support requests. Guest checkout is also available in some cases. Registered users can manage addresses and orders under My Account.

Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Delivery times vary by destination. After dispatch, track your shipment under “My Account → Track Shipment” to track your shipment in real time.
Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If any items are damaged or missing,Keep the original packaging and proof of purchase, and contact support immediately, and we'll arrange a replacement shipment or exchange.
We offer a 30-day return policy. Eligible items damaged in transit, defective, or not as ordered may be returned or exchanged within the applicable period after delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging. Contact support to confirm the process and time limits.
MFZ products are covered by a warranty from the date of purchase forManufacturing Defectswill be repaired or replaced. Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation or maintenance, or unauthorized third-party modification is excluded. Specific terms depend on local laws and sales conditions.
